Brilliant communications, goods as described and arrived in timely manner. Appears decent quality. Well packed, competitive price arrives, what more could you ask. Have tried other suppliers on that well know auction site, full of promises, but no goods. Dont bother shopping about, I have done the leg work for you I would fully recommend

I am e-mailing to say thank you to two members of your staff [Lynda and Emily] who assisted me on Monday 7 March with my order which the Post Office had not been able to deliver.  The complication arose because the Post Office had then not left a card to say they had attempted delivery.  Your two members of staff were very helpful and enabled the delivery to take place yesterday.  The items were required for an activity at my daughter’s school and were needed quite urgently.  Thank you very much indeed. It is all too rare these days to encounter high standards of customer service but happily your members of staff are the exception.

I wanted to say thank you for my order which you sent me a couple of weeks ago.

I contacted MPD as I initially had concerns that the sew on velcro wouldn’t work with double sided tape. I spoke with Lynda who was very helpful and offered to send me a sample in the post, which arrived the next day. I was able to test the sample and then place the order that afternoon – the order then arrived the next morning!

To conclude, I just wanted to commend you on speedy turnaround and excellent customer service – both qualities can be extremely rare these days!
